XXI Winter Olympic Games are over and it is time for wrap-ups, clean ups and of course bills. Our client, who had 125 Rogers cellular lines, received their bill. Even though ~$20,000 bill for 125 lines is not that big of a deal ($160 per line avg.) how that bill was delivered is quite interesting.

I remember my first Rogers bill that didn’t fit into 6×9 envelope – they had to send it unfolded in letter size one instead. I remember receiving first 100 pages bill, and then 250 pages. But this time it was different.

Total bill is whopping 1,443 pages. After downloading PDF version of it, I’ve decided to email it to the client instead of printing, but Rogers did print for me. One morning UPS delivered a box, which I thought would have blank CDRs and DVDRs I ordered earlier in it, instead it was that bill.

And by the way, we’ve also received close to 120 “Starting Guides” one for each activated line. Hmm… what should I do with those now….

[...] Next would be Rogers corporate plan, which I briefly mentioned once or twice. [...]
